Lorenzo is a journalist, political analyst and entrepreneur from Turin, Italy.
He is a proud member of Slow Food and Slow Food Youth Network.

His maternal grandfather Giovanni crafted peppermint products in the rural town of Pancalieri (Menta Calvino), while his paternal great-grandfather Lorenzo sold the family “cascina” (farmstead) in the Langhe and moved to Turin where in 1911 he established an antiquarian bookshop which still exists today.

One of his favourite places in the world is the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, where he organised workshops and conferences.
