Emilia-Romagna: beyond the Parma ham

Our first event will take you on a tour of Emilia-Romagna, the most famous culinary Italian region you’ve never heard of. The homeland of the Parmigiano Reggiano, the Mortadella and the Lambrusco, Emilia-Romagna has a wealthy gastronomical patrimony to share with the world.

In the beautiful Book and Kitchen in Notting Hill, we will discover the culinary masterpieces that made its reputation and taste the unique and rich flavours of the cities of the Po Valley, from Bologna to Reggio Emilia, Parma and Modena.

The event will include:

  • one welcome glass of Prosecco
  • one glass of red wine
  • one glass of white wine
  • a generous tasting of different types of cheese and cured meat
  • as much bread as you need

Our selection of products will include two types of Parmigiano Reggiano, Coppa di Parma and Mortadella. We hope these tickle your fancy… Looking forward to meeting you!
